Rick Siger leads Pennsylvania’s Department of Community & Economic Development, driving business growth, innovation, and competitiveness. He helped launch the state’s first long-term economic strategy in nearly 20 years and has led initiatives like PA SITES and Main Street Matters while strengthening public-private partnerships. Since 2023, these efforts have attracted $25.6 billion in investment, created over 12,500 jobs, and positioned Pennsylvania as a growing hub for AI and advanced industries.
